Media Experts promotes four

Media Experts of Toronto has promoted Richard Ivey to the newly-created position of chief procurement officer. In addition to his existing account management responsibilities, he will now handle media investment and relationships with media vendors. The company has also promoted Flavia D'Orazio to the position of senior vice-president of customer service. Lesley Tavel has been promoted to senior vice-president of business development. Karel Wegert has been promoted to vice-president of digital solutions.
