Toronto Port Authority readies Sail-In Cinema promotion

The Toronto Port Authority will resume its "Sail-In Cinema" promotion next month. From Aug. 15 to 17, the organization will show nightly movies on a double-sided screen mounted on a barge off Sugar Beach on Lake Ontario. Viewers can watch the 40-by-20-foot screen either from land or from their own boats, receiving the audio by radio. Public voting at <http://www.sailincinema.com> will determine the three films that will be shown. "Now in its third year, Sail-In Cinema has become a fixture on the city's summer calendar," said Geoffrey Wilson, president and CEO of the Toronto Port Authority. "We expect this year's festival to be even bigger and better are proud to be one of the unique reasons Torontonians can enjoy and rediscover the waterfront."
