National Public Relations promotes two

National Public Relations of Toronto has promoted Luc Levasseur to the position of manager of corporate communications. He joined the agency two years ago from Edelman, where he was an account manager. Jenna Lange has been promoted to the position of senior project planner at Axon Communications. She joined the firm in 2011 as a senior project planner and web editor.
