National promotes Levasseur

National Public Relations of Toronto has promoted Luc Levasseur to the position of vice-president and the lead of its corporate affairs practice. He joined the agency in 2011 as a vice-president. Prior to that, Levasseur was a corporate and public affairs account manager at Edelman and a public relations associate at Career Edge.
