National hires three, promotes three

National Public Relations of Toronto has appointed Jennifer Lee to the position of senior consultant in its financial communications practice. She was most recently director of corporate communications at Kaboose. Luc Levasseur has joined the agency as a senior consultant in the corporate practice. He was previously a corporate and public affairs account manager at Edelman. Anne Morello has been hired as a consultant in the technology practice. She was previously a consultant at The IPR Group. She has also been a writer and editor at Centennial College and Random House of Canada. In addition, Elisabeth Mozel-Jury has been promoted to health manager, Mark van Tol has been promoted to senior marketing consultant and Audrey Farrell has been promoted to senior research consultant.
