Sunnybrook Foundation hires Grip

The Sunnybrook Foundation has retained Grip of Toronto as its agency of record. The foundation is the fundraising arm of the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto. Grip won the account in a competitive review involving an unknown number of firms. The assignment includes mass communication, digital work and social media activities. "Sunnybrook has a story to tell like no other brand in the country," said Pamela Ross, executive vice-president and chief marketing officer at the Sunnybrook Foundation. "The team at Grip understood this from the beginning. The work we do is scientifically complex, but its outcomes are profound in their simplicity: a person gets his or her life back. Translating science into a feeling is the most difficult story-telling challenge. Grip is up to it."
