Cogeco Cable promotes three

Cogeco Cable of Montreal has undertaken a restructuring of its marketing and strategic planning department in an effort to achieve "greater marketing efficiency" for its residential services. Marketing operations for this business segment will now be handled by two units dedicated to customers and products. The customer unit will be headed by Anne Isabelle Roussy, who has been promoted to the position of senior director of customer marketing and e-business. She will manage strategy governance, customer acquisition and marketing operations. She will also head the company's web and social networking strategy development. Roussy joined Cogeco in 2008. Marie-Claude Caron has been appointed director of acquisition and customer base marketing. She will oversee customer acquisition and marketing campaigns for residential services. She will also handle communications and marketing development for the business solutions group. Caron joined Cogeco in 2002. Rachel Blain has been promoted to senior director of product management. She will be responsible the development of service bundles, pricing and promotional strategy. Blain joined the company nine years ago.
