Toronto-based Rogers Publishing has appointed Lisa Tant to the position of publisher at Hello Canada magazine. She was previously editor-in-chief and associate publisher of Flare magazine. Miranda Purves has been appointed to the position of editor at Flare. She was most recently the lifestyle editor at Elle US. She has also worked for US Fashion Daily, Mademoiselle, Saturday Night and the National Post.
