Ideon Media of Toronto has launched a new service called Hypercast that specializes in pre-roll video advertising. According to the company, the service offers the "largest reach in Canada," as well as various inventory, data and optimization functions. "We're very excited to be able to bring this best-in-class offering to Canada ahead of the market," said Sotero Bernardo, director of sales at Ideon Media.
