Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts of Toronto has retained TBWA as its global creative advertising agency. The account will be headed by TBWA London with support from TBWA Hong Kong and TBWA Chiat Day of New York. The assignment includes all marketing communications, including brand advertising, local campaigns, digital communications, customer relationship management and experiential marketing. TBWA won the account in a global agency search conducted by AAR London and involving an unknown number of contenders. "The search for a new agency partner was one that we undertook with a great degree of care and rigour," said Susan Helstab, executive vice-president of marketing at Four Seasons. "Our new partner had to demonstrate the highest degree of strategic thinking, an ability to understand our business and a spirit of innovation and drive for excellence that matches our own.
