Kelowna Regional Transit has renewed its advertising sales representation agreement with Lamar Advertising for an additional three years. The inventory consists of 70 buses, including seven double-decker buses, serving the City of Kelowna, West Kelowna and Lake Country. "Kelowna is Canada's third fastest growing city, and we are pleased to continue our relationship with the City of Kelowna," said Darren Peck, sales manager at Lamar. "Renewal in Kelowna is a continuation of Lamar Transit Advertising's plan to expand advertising services to transit authorities in Canada. We look forward to successful execution of the new contract and maximizing revenue growth for the City of Kelowna."

Dictionary.com has retained Adconion Media Group to handle Canadian advertising sales representation for online properties including Dictionary.com, Reference.com, Thesaurus.com and WordDynamo.com. The company estimates that this inventory will add 2.7 million unique visitors per month to Adconion's service. "Adconion Media Group is our preferred monetization partner in Canada, as their cutting edge technology provides numerous advantages, leading to successful performance and branding campaigns," said Shravan Goli, president of Dictionary.com. "We were thrilled to sign this agreement with Adconion, as they have a very solid reputation in the digital advertising space, and are known for working closely with national brand advertisers to offer premium and on-target ad placements."
