The Toronto-based Adconion Media Group has appointed Robert Dighero to its board of directors. He will become a non-executive director and chairman of the company's audit committee. Dighero is a partner at Passion Capital and White Bear Yard. From 1998 to 2008 he was chief financial officer of QXL Ricardo. Prior to that, he was CFO of AOL UK. He has also worked at Bertelsmann USA, Verulam Investments and Bain & Co.
