National Public Relations has appointed Julia Johnston to the position of vice-president and corporate practice lead in Toronto. She was most recently the co-founder and CEO of mEgo, a Los Angeles-based social media company. She was also senior vice-president of business development in the United Kingdom for telecommunications provider PCCW.
