Toronto Standard Media Company has signed an advertising sales agreement with Octopus Media. Octopus Media will represent all online advertising sales at TorontoStandard.com, a daily digital briefing on the life of the city. The sales deal consists of traditional ad units as well as pre-roll and custom content sponsorship. Octopus Media will also integrate online assets with sponsored events available through Toronto Standard. "Toronto Standard is very quickly becoming an important voice for the city and beyond. Their content rich site, from editorial to video, is compelling, engaging and allows brands to reach a very targeted and specific consumer base,” said Zoltan Toth, President of Octopus Media. Octopus Media represents media for HMV, King West Media and TIFF.
Montreal based Redux Media, announced it has signed an exclusive partnership to represent TheStreet for ad sales within Canada.
