New chief financial officer at Transcontinental

Montreal-based Transcontinental has appointed Nelson Gentiletti to the position of chief financial officer. He will begin work on Dec. 5. He will be responsible for the financial management of the company, as well as strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions and information technology. Gentiletti was previously chief operating officer of Transat AT. He was also vice-president and chief financial officer at Unican Security Systems and vice-president and chief financial officer at BCE Emergis.
