Mercedes-Benz Canada conducts Blur promotion

Mercedes-Benz Canada conducted a street promotion called "Blur" in Toronto over the weekend in support of its 2012 C-Coupe. The initiative, developed by BBDO Toronto, consisted of an installation at the corner of Peter and Queen Streets on Nov. 4 and 5. The installation featured a C-Coupe parked in front of a blurred background intended to give the illusion of motion. Three-dimensional models of a fire hydrant, mailbox and no-parking sign also appeared to have a motion-blur effect. Promotional workers provided information about the vehicle and uploaded photographs to the brand's Facebook page.
