National Public Relations promotes two

National Public Relations of Montreal has appointed Ralph Sutton to the position of international managing partner. He was previously managing partner of the agency's London office. Sutton will oversee operations in London and New York, and will work to increase the firm's international business. Miranda Dini has been appointed managing partner in London. The office operates as Axon Communications and specializes in healthcare communications. She joined the agency in 2009 as operations director. Prior to that, she was managing director of Medicus International.
