Avenir Global buys Hanover

Avenir Global of Montreal has acquired Hanover, a public relations agency based in London, UK. The agency also operates offices in Brussels, Dublin , Dubai and Abu Dhabi. According to the company, the acquisition is part of an ongoing effort to expand its international operations, particularly in the regions of Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Hanover has 163 employees, and clients including Goldman Sachs, Airbus, Microsoft, Apple, Warner Media, Sky, Lucozade Ribena Suntory, Premier League, Tata Steel, Lilly, Novartis, BMS, Roche and Takeda. The Hanover Group also includes creative agency The Playbook and branding firm Multiple. Avenir Global is a subsidiary of the Res Publica Consulting Group.
