CTV breaks Pan Am campaign
By Adnews Staff
CTV has begun a marketing campaign to promote the launch of a new series called Pan Am. On Sept. 23, promotional workers dressed as 1960s-era airline flight attendants will be present in Vancouver and Toronto airports, as well as at street locations in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal, distributing pretzels, paper airplanes and local broadcast details. Consumers can also enter a contest by submitting stories by email about their own memories of air travel during the 1960s. A panel of judges will select the winning story, which will be posted on the CTV.ca website. Entrants will also qualify to win a Pan Am prize package. The program will debut on Sept. 25.
