KFC conducts sign stealing promotion

Fast food chain KFC conducted a promotion at a Blue Jays baseball game in Toronto on Aug. 12. The promotion was tied to recent allegations that a man in a white suit seated in the stands has been relaying to the Blue Jays the hand signs used by opposing teams to communicate instructions to their players during games. On Aug. 12, a promotional worker dressed as KFC spokescharacter The Colonel attended the game and moved through the stands carrying a sign reading, "I'm too chicken to steal signs."
