Hill & Knowlton Canada adds two

Hill & Knowlton Canada of Toronto has hired Jennifer Ouellette as a marketing communications consultant. She was most recently a consultant at Mansfield Communications. She has also been an account coordinator at Thornley Fallis Communications and a public relations consultant at Gruber Sports Entertainment. Rob Gilmour has joined the company as a public affairs senior consultant. He previously worked at the Ontario Bar Association as manager of sponsorship and fundraising.
