Hill & Knowlton hires two, promotes two

Hill & Knowlton Canada has hired Cortney Anderson as an account director in its Toronto technology division. She was most recently a communications manager in the global technology group at KPMG. Prior to that she was at High Road Communications. Scott Barbeau has joined the Toronto office as vice president of health and pharmaceuticals. He has previously worked at Nycomed and Astra Pharma. Kara Euale has been promoted to the position of consultant in the Toronto health and pharmaceutical division. Josh Christensen has been promoted to account director of public affairs in agency's Victoria office. He joined the firm five years ago as a senior consultant.
