Y&R promotes Congson

Toronto-based Y&R, a division of Young & Rubicam Brands, has promoted Karla Congson to the position of executive vice-president and client leader for the agency's Ford account. She was previously a senior strategic planner. Congson has also worked at Harrod & Mirlin, Publicis Canada and AIM Trimark.
