Congson, Small join Twist Image

Digital marketing agency Twist Image has appointed Karla Congson to the position of executive strategy director and managing director of its Toronto office. She was previously executive vice-president and client leader for the Ford account at Y&R. Prior to that, she held account services and strategic planning positions at Publicis and FCB. Congson was also vice-president of marketing at AIM Trimark.
Kelly Small has joined the agency as creative director, also based in Toronto. She was previously creative director at 6Degrees. Prior to that, she was a freelance creative director and designer. Small has also worked for Tag Idea Revolution, RC Design, Gordongroup Marketing & Communications and SKB Advertising.
