Jackman adds four

Toronto-based retail marketing agency Jackman has appointed Karla Congson to the position of vice-president of brand planning. She was previously executive vice-president and business leader for the Ford account at Young & Rubicam Canada. She was also the founder of Blue Sky Marketing and vice-president of marketing and communications for AIM Trimark. Arnaud Van de Voorde has joined the firm as digital vice-president. He was previously director of Internet consulting services at CGI. Prior to that, he was director of strategy and e-commerce at ThinkWrap Solutions and general manager of web solutions at Bell Canada Enterprise. Joanne Balles has been appointed to the position of reinvention leader, with a special responsiblity for the women's fashion category. She was previously president of Bruce Mau Design. Prior to that, she was president of Perennial Design. Amanda Stassen has been appointed to the position of innovation architect. She was most recently principal and chief possibilities officer at Bizu. She was also divisional vice-president of marketing services at Holt Renfrew. Stassen has also worked for Canadian Tire, Mattel Canada and Club Monaco.
