Suite 66 promotes one, adds two

Toronto-based online media sales company Suite 66 has promoted Steve Macfarlane to the position of vice-president of sales and business development. Jocelyn Black has joined the firm as a digital media strategist. She has previously worked at Media Dimensions and MediaCom. Tamar Huggins has been hired as a digital planner. She was most recently at Cossette.
