Jones Media adds four

Jones Media has hired Shira Biderman as a senior advertising account director in Toronto. She was previously co-founder of Lifestylevideos.com and director of sales at Mode Media. She has also worked at Transcontinental Interactive, AOL and Sympatico. Mike Dowler has joined the company as a programmatic and audience specialist. He was most recently at Suite 66. Neeraj Kamra has been hired as a senior campaign specialist, while Marie Lagardien has joined the agency's Montreal office as an account manager.
