Website roundup

Quebec clothing retailer L'Aubainerie has redesigned its website at <http://www.aubainerie.com>. The site makes use of a new visual style and an updated navigation system, as well as integration with social networking sites Facebook and Twitter. The redesign was conducted by LXB Communication Marketing of Montreal. "With the collaboration of production and design firm OKInteractif, we were able to give the site a trendy and fashion look while keeping it accessible to the end-user," said Robert Sénécal, senior account manager at LXB.

Toronto-based charitable organization Right To Play has redesigned its website at <http://www.righttoplay.com>. The redesign, conducted by Wunderman Canada, includes a new visual style and other modifications intended to attract visitors during the organization's 10th anniversary and the 2010 Olympic Games. Right to Play works to give children in disadvantaged countries the opportunity to participate in sports activities. "We wanted to create a site that helped audience members to visualize the power of play and to connect with our belief that through play, we can teach children the life skills that enable them to overcome adversity, creating a safer, healthier society," said Johann Olav Koss, president and CEO of Right To Play. "Wunderman delivered on this and the objective we had to streamline the website and bring the more critical elements of what we do to the forefront. In addition, they've created a platform that we can launch from, as we have several innovating initiatives lined up for 2010."
