Marketing Hall of Legends readies Mentor Exchange
By Adnews Staff
The Toronto-based Marketing Hall of Legends will introduce a new program on Jan. 25 called the Mentor Exchange. The program will work to match marketing professionals with senior marketing executives in a mentoring capacity. Approximately 50 executives have signed-on as potential mentors, from companies including Indigo Chapters, RBC Financial Group, Loblaw Companies, CTV and the Sick Kids Foundation. "MHOL is reintroducing the lost art of mentoring through this program, to help marketing professionals early in their career," said Jim Warrington, co-chair and co-founder of the Marketing Hall of Legends. "This program will help mentees find their own path and to speak freely about their experiences and career. By nurturing young talent and providing further educational opportunities, Mentor Exchange will strengthen the marketing community."
