Societe de transport de Montreal conducts public transit promotion

The Société de transport de Montréal has begun an initiative in association with Nightlife Magazine to promote the use of public transportation in that city. The campaign consists of branding material integrated into the "Tour de ville" section of the magazine, as well as its website. "We encourage Nightlife's readers and web users to join Society in Motion by using public transportation," said Denise Vaillancourt, executive director of planning, marketing and communications for the society. "This partnership will enlighten young adults on the environmental benefits of this kind of transportation and will encourage them to favour it when attending festivals and events in Montreal." Nightlife Media is a division of Montreal-based Newad.
