New president at Apex Public Relations

Apex Public Relations of Toronto has promoted Linda Andross to the position of president. She was most recently executive vice-president of Apex. Andross succeeds company founder Pat McNamara, who has become the agency's chief executive officer. Erin Hardy has been promoted to vice-president and creative director of the firm. Ken Evans has been promoted to senior vice-president. Scott MacFadyen has been promoted from account director to vice-president.
