Managing partners acquire Apex Public Relations

Apex Public Relations of Toronto has been acquired by its managing partners Linda Andross and Kenneth Evans. The two have purchased the share of the company owned by agency founder and majority shareholder Pat McNamara, giving them 100% ownership of the firm. Andross and Evans will continue in their co-managing positions. McNamara will now focus on her work with not-for-profit organization Ignite Capital. Apex is a full-service public relation agency that also offers brand reputation and digital support.
