City of Ottawa hires Vibrant

The City of Ottawa has hired Montreal-based Vibrant Idéation & Marketing to promote a new public organic waste composting initiative called the Green Bin Program. Participating residents will be able to dispose of organic waste in a provided green container to be collected by the city. Vibrant is currently conducting a launch activity during which 20 promotional workers will visit approximately 220,000 Ottawa households to raise awareness of the program. This effort will run until Dec. 18.
