Zip Communication adds one, promotes one

Zip Communication of Montreal has hired David Tanguay as vice-president of client services. He was most recently director of digital strategy at Palm Havas. He has also worked at Cossette and Groupe Coopsco. Jean-François Béliveau has been promoted to the position of creative vice-president. He was previously creative director.
