Canwest has redesigned its Canada.com website. The changes are intended to match the look of the company's recently-redesigned newspaper websites. They include a new visual style, more rich media, greater ease of use and new forms of advertising. "When we relaunched all of the newspaper sites, we knew loyal readers and new visitors alike would love it," said Graham Moysey, general manager of Canwest Digital Media. "But even we were surprised to see [unique visitors] grow by 54 percent year over year just one month after launch. That's why we moved fast to offer our larger audience the improvements in design and usability that characterize our newspaper sites."
