Sound Source Network becomes Orbyt

Astral Media Radio of Toronto has rebranded its Sound Source Network syndication division as Orbyt. The rebranded unit will be Astral's national content and marketing division. The unit will also expand its content deliver services to include websites, mobile devices and other forms of new media. "Orbyt will evolve its national brands into significant and comprehensive media brands that encompass all aspects of consumer media consumption," said Orbyt president and general manager Jean-Marie Heimrath.
