Visa Canada has signed an agreement to become a Canadian sponsor of the National Hockey League Players Association and the National Hockey League. The agreement, which will run until 2011, makes Visa the official payment card of both organizations. "Canadians are passionate about hockey and through this sponsorship Visa cardholders will have opportunities that will help bring them closer to the sport they love," said Brenda Woods, head of marketing at Visa Canada.
