WPP SHOWS INCREASE IN REVENUE

The WPP Group of London has reported that worldwide revenues for the first five months of 1996 were up 10%. Stronger performances than this average were seen in Latin America, Asia Pacific and the U.S. Revenues in Europe grew 6%. Combined revenues of J. Walter Thompson, Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide and Conquest Europe were up 9%.
