New president at Weber Shandwick

Toronto-based public relations agency Weber Shandwick has promoted Kerry Harris to the position of President. She will oversee the agency's offices in Toronto, Calgary, Ottawa and Vancouver. Harris joined Weber Shandwick in 2006 as executive vice-president and general manager of the Toronto office. Prior to that, she Harris was a vice-president at Level 5 Strategic Brand Advisors. She was also a co-founder of and partner at DBA Communications, and has held management positions at GJP Advertising, Promanad Communications and Canadian Pacific Hotels. Weber Shandwick is a unit of the Interpublic Group.
