Teehan & Lax adds five

Toronto-based interactive agency Teehan & Lax has appointed Jeremy Bell to the position of partner. He was most recently a creative director at Blast Radius. The company has also hired four new associates: Jonas Naimark, Dave Bobak, Nelson Leung and Kimberlee Banks.
