By Adnews Staff
Loyalty Telecommunications of Toronto gave its $5 million business this week to Wolf Advertising of Toronto. The agency won the account in a competition with three other Toronto agencies "because of their experience and ability to provide strong creative leadership," Loyalty president Steve Johnson says in a release. Other agencies short listed were: Bates O'Rourke, Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising and Genesis Media. Loyalty will launch a customer rewards program in mid-summer offering free long-distance phone service as a bonus for patronizing certain businesses. Loyalty is a private Toronto company owned by a group of Canadian investors. Details of the ad campaign will be announced next week. Wolf''s PR division, Wolf Campbell Public Relations, won the PR account for Loyalty in April.
