Volkswagen begins new campaign
By Adnews Staff
Volkswagen Canada of Ajax, ON has begun a new marketing campaign called "Autobahn for all" to promote a price reduction on most of the automaker's 2008 model-year vehicles. The campaign continues to use the theme of "German engineering at value pricing" to communicate to consumers the reasons to buy a Volkswagen. "The campaign succinctly yet effectively conveys all of the initiatives that Volkswagen has successfully accomplished to bring an even more compelling value to its products to Canadians," said Bruce Rosen, general manager of marketing communications at the company. "The City Golf and City Jetta as well as the MSRP reduction that was announced last week on the rest of the 2008 line-up last week, create quite the advantageous proposition to the Canadian consumer." Volkswagen's advertising agency is Crispin, Porter & Bogusky. Volkswagen Canada’s media agency is MPG Canada.
