CTVglobemedia has constructed a new automotive website at <http://autos.ctv.ca>. The site is aimed at people who are about to buy a new or used car or truck. The site includes a search engine that allows visitors to examine approximately 40,000 vehicles from 700 Canadian dealers. Other content includes automotive news and reports from various CTV properties, including video. The site also includes a number of advertising options. The site is a collaboration between CTVglobemedia, software development firm Strathcom Media, automotive database company JATO Dynamics, and the members of the Canadian Franchised Automotive Dealer Associations.

Canon Canada has developed a new website as part of its ongoing "Tell Your Story" ad campaign. The site, located at <http://www.canontellyourstory.ca>, offers stories told by various Canadians through a series of photographs. Visitors are invited to submit photographic stories in order to win Canon products and possibly be featured in future advertising creative. Two winners will be selected each month. "We live in a country full of colourful, vibrant people, and wanted to create a site to capture and spotlight the stories these people want to tell," said Stan Skorayko, vice-president of corporate communications at Canon Canada. "This site is a wonderful forum for people to connect with one another and share their experiences."

The Toronto-based Lyton Group has constructed a new website for The Olive Branch for Children, a charity that assists children with HIV/AIDS in the Mbeya region of Tanzania, Africa. The site, which the firm developed pro bono, is intended to illustrate the positive impact of the charity on the children of that region and to communicate with potential volunteers, sponsors and donors. The site is located at <http://www.theolivebranchforchildren.org>.
