WestJet retains Hill & Knowlton

WestJet Airlines has hired Hill & Knowlton Canada to provide crisis communications preparedness services and media training. The agency won the account in a competitive review process involving an unknown number of firms. "Hill & Knowlton demonstrated the type of deep experience, international network, and forward thinking approach that we are confident we can rely on to help ensure we have a world-class emergency response program," said Richard Bartrem, vice-president of culture and communications at WestJet.
