Hill & Knowlton hires director of measurement

Toronto-based Hill & Knowlton Canada has appointed Alan Chumley to the newly-created position of director of measurement. He will work to “embed a measurement philosophy and culture into everything that Hill & Knowlton does,” according to the company. Chumley was previously vice-president of business development at Cormex Research, a media content measurement and analysis firm. He has also worked at Bell Canada and ING Canada.
