Plowman joins Sharpe Blackmore Euro RSCG

Toronto-based Sharpe Blackmore Euro RSCG has appointed Jeff Plowman to the position of vice-president and director of client services and strategic planning. Plowman was most recently executive vice-president and managing director of McCann Tokyo. Prior to that, he was vice-president and group account director at Downtown Partners. He has also worked at Saatchi & Saatchi and JWT.
