ConAgra, NHL form marketing agreement

ConAgra Foods Canada of Mississauga has formed a marketing agreement with the National Hockey League that will begin at the start of the 2007-2008 season. The two organizations will participate in a number of fan-based marketing programs involving ConAgra brands including Chef Boyardee, Orville Redenbacher’s, Pogo, Pam and Egg Beaters. “Brands like Orville Redenbacher’s and Chef Boyardee are not only synonymous with family fun, they also perfectly compliment the home-viewing experience of hockey,” said Doug Brooks, managing director of corporate marketing at the NHL.
