New president, CEO at Bristol Group

The Bristol Group of Halifax has appointed Louis Leger to the position of president and chief executive officer. Outgoing president and company founder Rick Emberley will move to the position of executive chairman of the board. Leger was previously the founder and president of GCP Communications, which merged with Bristol in 2001. Noel Sampson has become executive vice-president of the agency.
