Extreme Group adds three

Extreme Group of Halifax has hired three new employees. Graham MacDougall has been appointed director of digital marketing. He has spent the past three years at PBS Interactive in Washington, D.C. Ernie Brake has joined the agency as senior account manager. He was previously an account supervisor at Bristol Group, where he worked on the Toyota, Atlantic Lottery Corporation and NSLC accounts. Valerie Bellamy has been appointed to the position of project manager. She was most recently a print producer at Cossette, where her accounts included Aliant and Tourism PEI.
