Bayer HealthCare hires OSL Marketing

The consumer care division of Toronto-based Bayer HealthCare has retained OSL Marketing, also based in Toronto, as its branding agency for the next three years. Bayer hired the firm in a review involving seven agencies. OSL won the account based on project work it has done for Bayer over the past ten years. The assignment includes promotional marketing services for various brands that were previously being handled by several agencies. “We were impressed with their strategic orientation, their focus on results and the creative product they deliver,” said Sean O’Dowd, the company’s vice-president of marketing. “OSL will work with our brand teams to provide promotion, customer relationship marketing and web support for our leading over-the-counter brands. We are seeking efficiency in working with one company versus multiple agencies.”
